My overnite stay with my wife and Lily our 8lb mini poo was fabulous because of Adrianna. Shes the clerk who checked us in and went out of her way to accommodate our every need. The room had dbl beds and was very clean. I loved the complete space couldn't believe how roomy it was. Adriannas customer service was OUTSTANDING! She provided what we requested always with a beautiful smile. She loves her job we could tell. We slept so good that night. Beds were comfortable. Milagro will be our favorite go to hotel when we need one. We love you Adrianna and staff! Also the fridge in our room was great compared to others I've seen.

We had a power outage during a heat wave and my family had to scramble last minute to find a room with air conditioning to stay for the night. Hotel Milagro was the only affordable place I could find. Some of the best things I can say about Hotel Milagro was there was enough space in the parking lot for my car and the front desk person was actually at the front desk when I arrived.

We have been staying frequently but this was last time. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She was too busy with friends to be bothered with checking in guests. Two people trying to check I. Told her about water flooding from upstairs onto lower patio. She denied there was any water yet the entire end of the hotel was wet and was taped off! Outright lied. She did not ask for car or pet information. Terrible.
